A manufacturing facility in the Wilmington, NC area needs a HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST.
PURPOSE OF JOB:
The HR Generalist reports to the HR Manager. This position is an exciting opportunity for someone who desires to be a change leader impacting the results for the large business unit which they support. The successful candidate should be prepared for HR leadership positions.
Act with line management in instituting work system improvements which positively impact business profitability and raise employee engagement. Educate coach and counsel members of the organization on job performance, employee development and diversity. Identify training and education needs and initiate cost effective delivery systems. Educate and coach line management on company policy work rules, as well as federal and state regulations. Represent management in labor relations, including interpretation, administration and negotiation support of collective bargaining agreement.
BS Degree required. Must have a minimum of 7 years HR experience in manufacturing. Must have a minimum of 7 years experience in labor relations, negotiations, grievances.
The starting base salary range for this position is $92k-$102k. Full benefits package. Relocation assistance is available for this position.
ABOUT THE JOB:
A manufacturing in the Asheville, NC area needs a LEAD CUSTOMER ORDER ENGINEER FOR THEIR LOW VOLTAGE ASSEMBLY PRODUCT LINE. This is a new position.
This position is responsible for accurately interpreting complex customer specs and translating them into drawings and bills of material understandable by Purchasing and Manufacturing.
Will develop a variety of complex drawings and bills of materials which provides sufficient detail to accurately convey the customer’s equipment application. Will interface with customers and internal manufacturing departments to coordinate production of equipment. Will coordinate mechanical and electrical interfaces with other company products. Will consult with plant and field sales engineers in interpreting and defining new equipment applications. Will direct customer visits to approve or release equipment.
Must have a BSEE or BSME Degree. Must have a minimum of five years electrical design/test experience in a manufacturing environment. Must have knowledge of Low Voltage Assemblies products. Excellent knowledge of power distribution, controls equipment/systems and PLC programming skills.
Starting base salary is in the $90k-$115k range. Full relocation package and excellent benefits
About the Job:
A manufacturing facility in Commerce, GA that produces structural wood panels needs a PLANT ELECTRICIAN.
Installation of electrical equipment, motors, starters, conduit, wire. Repair of electrical tools and equipment, including power tools, test equipment. Maintenance and troubleshooting of low and medium voltage equipment including motors, transformers and switchgear. Recalibrating instruments, sensors, chart records. Maintains operations by reading, interpreting and applying complex written instructions.
Must have 1-5 years experience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician. Knowledge, experience and troubleshooting skills in AC & DC variable speed drives, electrical starter circuits, PLC hardware and Logic. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Ability to perform preventive maintenance on DC motors and other electro-mechanical components-brakes, clutches, solenoids.
Starting hourly wage is $21-$29 an hour plus a MONTHLY TEAM PAY BONUS.
