HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST-NORTH CAROLINA

ABOUT THE JOB:

A manufacturing facility in the Wilmington, NC area needs a HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST.

PURPOSE OF JOB:

The HR Generalist reports to the HR Manager. This position is an exciting opportunity for someone who desires to be a change leader impacting the results for the large business unit which they support. The successful candidate should be prepared for HR leadership positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Act with line management in instituting work system improvements which positively impact business profitability and raise employee engagement. Educate coach and counsel members of the organization on job performance, employee development and diversity. Identify training and education needs and initiate cost effective delivery systems. Educate and coach line management on company policy work rules, as well as federal and state regulations. Represent management in labor relations, including interpretation, administration and negotiation support of collective bargaining agreement.

REQUIREMENTS:

BS Degree required. Must have a minimum of 7 years HR experience in manufacturing. Must have a minimum of 7 years experience in labor relations, negotiations, grievances.

BENEFITS:

CUSTOMER ORDER ENGINEER-NORTH CAROLINA

ABOUT THE JOB:

A manufacturing in the Asheville, NC area needs a LEAD CUSTOMER ORDER ENGINEER FOR THEIR LOW VOLTAGE ASSEMBLY PRODUCT LINE. This is a new position.

This position is responsible for accurately interpreting complex customer specs and translating them into drawings and bills of material understandable by Purchasing and Manufacturing.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Will develop a variety of complex drawings and bills of materials which provides sufficient detail to accurately convey the customer’s equipment application. Will interface with customers and internal manufacturing departments to coordinate production of equipment. Will coordinate mechanical and electrical interfaces with other company products. Will  consult with plant and field sales engineers in interpreting and defining new equipment applications. Will direct customer visits to approve or release equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a BSEE or BSME Degree. Must have a minimum of five years electrical design/test experience in a manufacturing environment. Must have knowledge of Low Voltage Assemblies products. Excellent knowledge of power distribution, controls equipment/systems and PLC programming skills.

BENEFITS:

PLANT ELECTRICIAN-GEORGIA

About the Job:

A manufacturing facility in Commerce, GA that produces structural wood panels needs a PLANT ELECTRICIAN.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Installation of electrical equipment, motors, starters, conduit, wire.                          Repair of electrical tools and equipment, including power tools, test equipment.      Maintenance and troubleshooting of low and medium voltage equipment including motors, transformers and switchgear.                                                                        Recalibrating instruments, sensors, chart records.                                                    Maintains operations by reading, interpreting and applying complex written instructions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have 1-5 years experience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician.               Knowledge, experience and troubleshooting skills in AC & DC variable speed drives, electrical starter circuits, PLC hardware and Logic.                                        Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs.                                  Ability to read and interpret blueprints.                                                                    Ability to perform preventive maintenance on DC motors and other electro-mechanical components-brakes, clutches, solenoids.

PLC TECHNICIANS-SOUTH CAROLINA

A MEDICAL DEVICE MANUFACTURING FACILITY IN THE SUMTER, SC AREA NEEDS PLC TECHNICIANS.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

PLC TECHNICIANS are responsible for the setup and maintenance of all electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems on equipment used in the production process. Responsible for preventive maintenance on designated production equipment as specified in the PM program or as required to ensure a smooth operation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have strong PLC troubleshooting experience. Looking for people that know how to plug in a laptop and diagnose the code to see where an error is and know how to fix it. Must be an electro-mechanical expert with probably more knowledge of mechanical.

STARTING HOURLY WAGE IS $26.00-$30.00 an hour.

Maintenance Technicians-Kentucky

Job Description:

An automotive parts manufacturer in Elizabethtown, KY needs MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS.

Responsibilities:

Will repair and troubleshoot production equipment. Hydraulics, pneumatics, CNC machining background preferred. 3 phase power experience. Electricity 480 volt equivalent. Schematics, PLC experience Mitsubishi preferred.

Requirements:

Must have 2+ years repairing and troubleshooting production equipment. Industrial Maintenance Degree preferred but not required if the candidate has 3+ years experience.

Benefits:

Starting hourly pay rate is $21.30-$29.50 depending on experience and qualifications.
